I. Traffic Statistics Rules

  1. Traffic Plan (Residential Proxy): Traffic is calculated based on the total volume of uploaded and downloaded data. The dashboard updates the used and remaining traffic in real time. Traffic remains valid for the entire subscription period and will not expire even if the service is suspended; it will only be cleared if the package is not renewed after expiration.
  2. Unlimited Plan (Unlimited Residential Proxy): No traffic restrictions, only constrained by the selected bandwidth tier. There is no need to worry about traffic exhaustion, making it suitable for high-traffic, long-term continuous usage scenarios.

II. Fee Deduction Rules

  1. Package Purchase Deduction: The corresponding fee is deducted immediately after payment is completed (wallet balance is deducted for wallet payments; funds from the bound account are deducted for Stripe/PayPal payments). The package takes effect instantly after successful deduction.
  2. Auto-renewal Deduction: When enabled, the system automatically deducts the fee 1 day before the package expires, using the same payment method as the previous transaction. If the deduction fails (e.g., insufficient balance, invalid bank card), a notification will be sent. If the fee is not supplemented within the grace period, the service will be suspended after the package expires.
  3. Upgrade/Renewal Deduction:
    1. Upgrade: For Traffic Plan upgrades, the full fee of the new package is deducted. For Unlimited Plan upgrades: only the price difference is deducted if upgrading bandwidth alone; the full fee of the new package is deducted if upgrading duration alone or upgrading both duration and bandwidth.
    2. Renewal: The full fee of the selected renewal package is deducted. The duration and traffic benefits are updated immediately after deduction.
  4. Transaction Fee Deduction: For Stripe/PayPal payments, transaction fees are deducted together with the package fee (the amount is subject to the order details). No additional transaction fees are charged for wallet payments.

III. Notes

  1. Detailed traffic usage records can be viewed in the Usage Logs section of the dashboard. If you upgrade an expired package, the cleared traffic of the original package cannot be recovered; for Unlimited Plans, the original bandwidth tier settings will be retained.
  2. Invalid traffic consumption caused by network fluctuations or incorrect tool settings is non-refundable. It is recommended to configure proxy parameters properly to avoid unnecessary waste.
