Packages support renewal and same-type upgrade operations. The rules differ slightly between the Traffic Plan and Unlimited Plan. After the operation, account benefits will be updated in real-time, and you can view the latest status in the dashboard.

1. Traffic Plan (Residential Proxy)

(1) Renewal

You can renew the package in the dashboard before it expires. After renewal, the usage duration is accumulated and the traffic is added:
  • Duration = Remaining days of the original package + Duration of the new package (e.g., 10 remaining days + 30-day new package = 40 total days);
  • Traffic = Remaining traffic of the original package + Full traffic of the new package.
Traffic remains valid during the subscription period and will only be cleared if the package is not renewed after expiration.

(2) Upgrade

Supports upgrading to a higher-spec traffic package (e.g., 10GB → 100GB). The upgrade requires paying the full price of the new package:
  • Traffic = Remaining traffic of the original package + Traffic of the new package;
  • Usage duration is recalculated based on the new package (covering the remaining duration of the original package);
  • The remaining value of the original package will not be converted.

2. Unlimited Plan (Unlimited Residential Proxy)

(1) Renewal

After renewing the same-spec package, the usage duration is accumulated and the bandwidth remains unchanged:
  • Duration = Remaining days of the original package + Duration of the new package;
  • Bandwidth retains the current tier, no additional settings required;
  • The validity period is extended immediately after renewal.

(2) Upgrade

Three upgrade scenarios are supported; choose as needed:
  • Duration Only Upgrade: Bandwidth remains unchanged, and the usage duration is covered by the new package. Requires paying the full price of the new package.
  • Bandwidth Only Upgrade: Usage duration remains unchanged, and the bandwidth is upgraded to the new tier immediately. Only the price difference between the old and new packages needs to be paid, with no waiting for activation.
  • Duration + Bandwidth Upgrade: Bandwidth is upgraded immediately, and the usage duration is recalculated based on the new package. Requires paying the full price of the new package, with benefits updated in real-time.

V. Friendly Reminders

  1. Only renewal/upgrade within the same package type is supported. Cross-type switching between Traffic Plan and Unlimited Plan is not allowed, nor is downgrading (e.g., reducing traffic from high to low, lowering bandwidth tier).
  2. Renewal/upgrade is still available after the package expires. For the Traffic Plan, the cleared traffic after expiration cannot be recovered. Upgrading after expiration is equivalent to activating a new package, with original account settings retained.
  3. If auto-renewal is enabled, the system will automatically renew according to the new package spec after upgrading, and the renewal rules will follow the corresponding package’s duration/traffic accumulation logic.
  4. Before all renewal/upgrade operations, the system will pop up a reminder of benefit changes and the required fee. Confirm before submitting payment.
