1. Configuration Methods
Account and Password Configuration
The system automatically generates exclusive proxy accounts, passwords and ports. You can directly fill them into clients such as browsers and crawler tools to connect and use the service without complex settings, making it suitable for beginners to get started quickly.Whitelist Configuration
Supports adding specified IPs to the whitelist; only the added IPs can use the proxy service after configuration, improving security. You need to manually enter the IP address and submit it. Multiple IPs can be added, and subsequent modification and deletion are supported. The configuration takes effect immediately after submission.API Configuration
Provides exclusive API interfaces, suitable for batch management and automation scenarios. You can call proxy resources, switch session modes and query usage status through the API. The detailed calling documentation can be downloaded from the Help Center.2. Session Mode Selection
Sticky Session
After selection, a fixed IP will be maintained for the session, with a maximum duration of 120 minutes. The IP will be switched automatically after timeout. It is suitable for scenarios requiring a stable IP environment such as account login and order settlement, ensuring uninterrupted business processes.Rotating Proxy Session
The proxy IP is switched for each request. Frequent IP replacement helps avoid platform risk control, making it suitable for high-concurrency data collection scenarios. The two session modes can be switched in real time on the dashboard. Newly initiated requests after switching will be executed according to the new mode.3. Region Selection Rules
Only the Traffic Plan (Residential Proxy) supports region filtering; the Unlimited Plan (Unlimited Residential Proxy) does not allow manual selection of countries/regions, and the system will automatically assign available IPs:- Traffic Plan (Residential Proxy): You can check the target countries/regions (including 195+ regions such as South America, Europe and America) on the configuration page. Pure IPs of the corresponding regions will be prioritized for allocation, adapting to cross-border business scenarios.
- Unlimited Plan (Unlimited Residential Proxy): No manual region selection is required. The system automatically assigns optimal IPs based on network quality to ensure stable access.
Usage Tips
- All configuration modifications take effect immediately. If connection exceptions occur, you can restart the proxy service or verify the configuration information (such as account password, whitelist IP and port number).
- It is recommended to select the session mode according to business scenarios to avoid access fluctuations caused by frequent switching; after a sticky session times out, you need to re-initiate the connection to obtain a new IP.
- Whitelist IPs must be filled in accurately. If the network environment is changed, the whitelist must be updated in a timely manner, otherwise the proxy service cannot be used normally. The same IP cannot be added to multiple proxy plans.
